Couldn't be happier! I just moved into a new house and wasn't even unpacked yet when the A/C started bogging down and then flooded the downstairs bathroom. Of course it had to happen on a Sunday but Element sent someone out right away and Travis was positive, friendly, and knowledgeable! Fixed the issue despite the heat with a smile and about the best attitude I've ever seen.
